OneDigital Brand Book

At OneDigital, culture = brand. This publication, The OneDigital Brand Book, highlights 15 different areas of the brand from the organization’s history to its position in the market, to its brand voice, to its visual identity and more. The book describes what it’s like to be a member of the OneDigital team and how the culture drives positive impact for customers and the industry.
PROBLEM
In its 20 years of existence, there had never been one document that outlined the full brand story. How could new hires easily understand who we are and how we show up for our customers? How could prospective acquisitions know if our cultures truly aligned before signing the deal? How could we develop one single source of truth that contained a visually beautiful and authentically told story of the OneDigital brand that could be easily shared and distributed?
SOLUTION:
The OneDigital Brand Book
By collaborating with brand communications, M&A leaders, the executive C-suite and the marketing team, I designed a 20-page publication that told the OneDigital brand story, its history and its future. In developing this book, I designed an entirely new visual approach for our brand including the next evolution of the OneDigital logo – only the 3rd iteration since its inception in 2000.
IMPACT
Released in 2021, we’ve printed over 4,000 copies of the brand book. It continues to be a featured piece for new hires, prospective acquisitions and in sales conversations. The SVP of Marketing and Customer Experience says, “This book played an integral role in landing our largest acquisition in 2022. The owner of the agency read this book with his wife and said he immediately felt like he was coming home.” The digital version has 857 downloads, as of March, 2022.
