At OneDigital Summit22 in March of 2022, more than 1,000 employees came together for an explosive 3-day event that included hands-on workshops, disruptive conversations, and a collective commitment to success as we go all in for greatness together.
CHALLENGE
OneDigital had grown to over 3,000 employees, doubling in size in just over two years. Since the pandemic, many—if not most—team members had not seen their colleagues in person. In 2022, our annual company culture and growth conference was finally set to take place in person for the first time in two years. Our challenge was to create an event that fostered connection, celebrated our team members, aligned everyone with our business goals, provided critical industry insights, and inspired attendees to do their best work and live their best lives.
SOLUTION:
OneDigital Summit22 (in-person)
The three-day summit delivered on all these goals and more. Main stage content was carefully designed to align with each business objective, while speakers were coached to deliver their messages with authenticity and a personal, raw sincerity that allowed the audience to truly connect with them. The branding and design were sophisticated, modern, powerful, and deeply personal. The summit’s flagship event was the awards celebration at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, where the entire arena was branded with OneDigital. Top business performers reveled in seeing their names and faces recognized and celebrated on the jumbotron screens.
IMPACT
More than 1,000 in-person attendees walked away feeling inspired, aligned, and ready to take action. Survey results indicate a 92.95% overall satisfaction rate, and a 98.88% satisfaction rate for the Mercedes Benz Stadium event night alone.
