OneDigital Health and Benefits
ROLES: BRAND MANAGER, DESIGNER, PROJECT MANAGER
In 2016, Digital Benefit Advisors and Digital Insurance formally joined under a new brand, OneDigital Health and Benefits.
PROBLEM
The two entities, founded in 2000, had operated alongside each other under Digital Insurance Holdings, LLC. This infrastructure had begun to limit the organization’s ability to grow and expand into adjacent markets. How could the company be positioned to break free from its focus in the SMB market and embrace newer, more complex businesses? How could its impact amplify to positively influence thousands of more individuals than they currently had been?
SOLUTION:
OneDigital Health and Benefits
With an eye toward the future, executive leadership decided it was time to join forces, adopt an entirely new name and begin the journey beyond employee benefits. Over 18 months, we conducted market research, engaged with several brand and PR firms and developed a multi-pronged internal campaign that socialized and educated the company’s internal workforce. On August 17, 2016, we officially entered the market as the next generation in health and benefits: OneDigital Health and Benefits. We soft-launched this a month prior at the biannual internal culture and growth conference and provided employees with a brand messaging matrix, phone and email scripts, brand guidelines and promotional items. Externally we made the announcement on Facebook Live, dropped a Press Release, executed a multi-platform social media campaign and launched a new website.
IMPACT
More than 1,000 in-person attendees walked away feeling inspired, aligned, and ready to take action. Survey results indicate a 92.95% overall satisfaction rate, and a 98.88% satisfaction rate for the Mercedes Benz Stadium event night alone.
