The Power of One video illustrates how businesses today demand something different because the workplace has changed and how we are the one solution that brings the pieces of the puzzle together. A single team that pulls financial services, insurance and HR into a simple solution, solving complex problems while providing real value.

PROBLEM

OneDigital had not launched a brand video since 2018 that told the story of who we are and what we offer to the industry and beyond. Since that time, the company had evolved structurally, culturally, and financially. We were ready to stake a claim as the most thoughtfully human and tech-forward leader in our industry. But how could we craft a story that cut through the typical corporate messaging that currently floods the market? What single message could be simple and powerful enough to unleash business growth and power people potential in our clients and beyond?

SOLUTION:
The OneDigital Power of One video

By interviewing the SVP of Marketing and Customer Experience and Chief Product Officer, and by working with a video production team, we developed a script and accompanying visuals to tell this powerful story. Several script revisions and 2 visual concepts later, we launched the Power of One video. The audience is taken through a journey rooted in the core message that many is the enemy of simple, and how combining multiple ideas, solutions, and people into one holistic experience is efficient and bold. 

IMPACT

The video was released in January of 2022, reaching more than 2,000 people at an internal launch. It also kicked off our culture and growth conference, Summit22, where it reached more than 1,000 employees. The influence of the message has shaped event keynotes, training curricula, and entire sales approaches this year.
